DESCRIPTION

A true novelty at the time of its launch, SetiaWalk was designed with three distinct phases. Phase 1 consists of retail offices, a boutique hotel, dining pods SOHO units and SetiaWalk Mall. The retail offices are part of a seven-storey building, with retail outlets on the ground and first levels, and offices on the upper levels. This phase also utilises a four-zone concept – Sanctuary, Active, Escape and Entertainment. Phase 2 of SetiaWalk is a three-block serviced apartment towers while Phase 3 comprises the Trigon Luxury Residences at SetiaWalk. Furthermore, SetiaWalk is home to an exclusive 290-metre water canal that cuts through the very heart of the impressive development. It is decorated with lush landscaping, cascading water features and waterspouts, making it the go-to destination for relaxation and rejuvenation. The water features also light up at night to create an enchanting ambience for patrons.

The key feature of Trigon is its open planned concept; each unit within the development has been carefully designed and integrates the living, dining and kitchen areas into a smooth and seamless open space. In addition, Trigon is conveniently connected to many neighbouring townships through a network of highways such as the KESAS Highway, the Federal Highway, the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) and more. It is also a short walking distance from the Light Rail Transit (LRT) station that is set for completion in 2014. Daily travelling to and from the city and its business and leisure hubs will definitely prove to be a breeze due to this easy connectivity. Rising upward to the most distinctive feature of Trigon is the Sky Pavilion and landscaped viewing deck located on Level 26, which offer unprecedented views of the entire development and its unique water features. The Sky Pavilion features 2 Sky Villas that can be booked for private functions, with the lake as its main view.
