ENGIE announced a leadership transition in Southeast Asia and its Supply & Energy Management business in Asia Pacific following Varun Gujral’s departure. Varun Gujral, a founding member of ENGIE’s Supply & Energy Management business in the region since 2012, played a pivotal role in establishing, scaling and expanding the business throughout the region — including building platforms in strategic markets such as Japan and India — while strengthening the Group’s regional trading and energy transition capabilities. He served in a dual leadership capacity as Country Manager for Southeast Asia and CEO of Supply & Energy Management Asia Pacific.
