Cundall is pleased to announce significant developments within its Building Services team, promoting Charles Lee to Associate Director and Haider Tyebally to Associate. Additionally, Matt Foskin has been appointed as Associate Director, and Laurent Feraudet joins the team as Senior Design Manager. The strategic promotions and appointments within Cundall Singapore’s team aimed to enhance operational effectiveness and accelerate regional growth with offices in Kuala Lumpur, Chennai and Manila. These changes reflect Cundall’s commitment to fostering talent and driving innovation.
Promotions
Ir. Ts. Charles Lee is a Professional Engineer in ASEAN and Malaysia, bringing extensive experience in data centre design across Southeast Asia. He has successfully delivered hyperscale data centre projects in Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and Indonesia, showcasing his exceptional capabilities in this critical field. He has recently led a team to design a liquid cooled modular data centre through concept to scheme design and master planning.
Haider Tyebally, also a Professional Engineer in Singapore, will support the development of the Mechanical expertise at Cundall. With a strong background in the design of hydraulic systems, Haider’s portfolio spans complex mechanical systems across infrastructure, mission-critical and commercial developments, supported by strong multi-disciplinary project leadership experience.
New Appointments
Completing the high calibre building services team, we are delighted to welcome Matt Foskin as Associate Director. A Chartered Professional Electrical Engineer with over 35 years of experience, Matt was previously a Project Director at WSP New Zealand, where he successfully delivered data centres and high-reliability infrastructure projects while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
Laurent Feraudet joins Cundall as Senior Design Manager, bringing a decade of experience from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, working on large scale complex projects. With a proven track record of delivering results on complex international projects, Laurent is adept at managing multicultural teams through all stages of design and construction.
