DESCRIPTION
The development is infused with the magnificent beauty of nature’s landscape. The structure is reminiscent of a cliff, and it features a 60-metre green wall which forms a spectacular abstract art installation. It is also one of Singapore’s tallest living green walls in a residential project.
All the units in Gaia come with space enhancement and flexibility feature, which allows configuration of space for different needs. The interiors are sunlit with natural ventilation, making them bright and airy. Contemporary technology is also used to render the units green and eco-friendly.
Gaia is the first residential building in Asia to use green concrete and other quality recycled raw materials as an innovative building solution. Green concrete especially, is increasingly recognised for its strong environmental benefits of reducing wastage and over-reliance on raw materials.
