DESCRIPTION
The 43,000-square-metre site was restricted by an AMSL (Above Mean Sea Level) height of 40 metres, so the master plan was designed with a parallel series of linear blocks, each spaced at a maximum distance from one another to magnify the view for each unit. This ensures that each unit enjoys a vast view of the beautiful landscape and allows all apartments to face both the northern and southern directions. A contemporary look is achieved through the use of horizontal architectural fins on the building’s elevation. The name of the development was inspired by its relatively low storey height and linear configuration that created an almost “hedge-like” environment.
Space is a key component of Hedges Park, and each unit is designed with this in mind. The floor plan of each unit flows harmoniously from one room to another, maximising the use of space within. Efficient and functional, each unit also employs clear, linear layouts with commodious dining and living areas and there is a noticeable lack of bay windows and planter boxes.
Agglomerated marble floors and cutting edge quality fittings and furnishings complement the well-designed apartments. Each apartment is incorporated with an oven, a hob and hood, a fridge and a washing machine. Both the bedrooms and bathrooms are elegantly furnished to enhance the owner’s home life, presenting them with a cosy living space that is both classy and refined. Furthermore, all units have a bomb shelter each, a surefire form of protection should it ever be needed.
The condominium is also a stone’s throw away from a wide network of amenities and established new towns. Major expressways are easily accessed from the development, connecting it to the city, the East Coast and Changi Airport. It is also close to reputable schools such as Temasek Junior College, Anglican High School, St. Hilda’s Secondary School and more. What’s more, Tripartite Developers Pte Ltd will provide free shuttle service to Tampines MRT for a year.
