DESCRIPTION
Eco-Tech@Sunview finds inspiration from the main characteristic of the next-generation industry in Singapore. The keywords are high-technology and digital which are translated into a dynamic network of bands. The bands smoothly pass from one storey to another, contributing to the uniformity of the facade. The depth created by the air-conditioning ledge enables sun shading of the units while the perforated material used for the air-conditioning screens contribute to the transparency of the building-city connectivity.
Units at Eco-Tech@Sunview boast natural sunlight due to its configuration of window panels. It features full-length glass panels with vertical fin at the corner junction of Pioneer Road and Jalan Buroh, thus providing a contrast to the dominant horizontality of the facade.
