Archi Group, one of Georgia’s premier real estate developers, and INVIA, one of Georgia’s largest and most diversified business groups are spearheading The Downtown Tbilisi, a landmark luxury development that includes the region’s first Trump-branded tower, Trump Tower Tbilisi. Backed by a total investment of approximately US$2 billion, this joint venture is co-developed by The Sapir Organization.

Each tower has been conceived as a distinct sculptural form while adhering to a unified design language that promotes seamless indoor-outdoor living, private access to Central Park, landscaped terraces, and curated amenity decks that maximise uninterrupted panoramic views across the park and the city skyline. Designed to set a new benchmark for luxury living and hospitality in the Caucasus, The Downtown Tbilisi reflects the ambition of its partners to create one of the most significant real estate and lifestyle destinations in Eastern Europe. At the heart of the development will stand Trump Tower Tbilisi, the first tower to rise and the signature landmark of the project. Designed by Gensler Washington, D.C., the 65-storey tower will reach approximately 247.7 metres, becoming the tallest building in Georgia and a defining addition to the capital’s skyline. The tower will anchor a new era of ultra-luxury living, complemented by branded residences, exceptional hospitality oQerings, luxury retail, and internationally recognised dining experiences that collectively redefine refined urban living in Tbilisi.
